1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a binding ruleset between you and HologramDigital. If you do not agree to these rules, you should stop using this website immediately. We may update these terms occasionally, and your continued use of our site means you accept those updates.
2. Scope of Services
HologramDigital offers custom website and software development, business software optimization, design, and technical consulting. While we make every effort to display accurate timelines and case studies on this website, all custom client projects are explicitly governed by their own individual, signed Software Development Agreements which outline exact deliverables.
3. Payments & Project Engagement
For any design or engineering work requested, a formal project statement will be issued. We typically charge for projects in broken-down milestones (for example: a percentage upfront, a percentage midway through development, and a final percentage upon launch). Work will only begin once initial milestone payments are completed as stated on your invoice.
4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We believe in fair ownership rules:
- Our Website Assets: All visual style frameworks, content layouts, text copy, and custom code on this website belong entirely to HologramDigital.
- Your Custom Software: Once your software project is completed and fully paid for, the full ownership and unique custom code of the platform are transferred directly to you. HologramDigital retains the right to use common code foundations or general building blocks that we use across all of our projects.
5. Limitation of Liability
We test all code comprehensively, but we cannot predict all future real-world situations. HologramDigital is not responsible for any indirect business losses, lost company revenue, accidental platform downtime, or damages that occur from using our website or platforms built by us. Our maximum financial liability to any client will never exceed the specific amount paid by that client for the project block.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and built in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal disagreements or claims relating to our services will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Ghana.
