Today, it operates as West Africa’s premier product innovation and entrepreneurial training hub, empowering agri-SMEs to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, optimize shelf-life, and confidently scale commercial production.

The Problem
Pneuma Food Scientifics is a highly respected food science company, but they did not have a professional website to show for it. They needed an official online presence that looked credible to businesses and startup founders. They also needed an easy way to write and publish articles, updates, and success stories without needing a developer every time they wanted to post.
The Solution
We built a clean, professional company website using Bootstrap 5 for a modern, mobile-friendly design. We also built a custom blog system into the Django backend. This allows the team to log into an admin panel and easily post articles, share their research, and talk about their services—like helping startups get FDA registration or test their products' shelf life.
The Results
The company now has a polished, trustworthy website to show potential clients. With the new Django blog feature up and running, the team can independently update their audience on industry trends and share client success stories. This setup has made it incredibly easy for them to build their brand online and attract new agribusinesses across Ghana.

About the Client
Ms. Zeenatu Suglo Adams is a food scientist, a university lecturer, and the founder of Pneuma Food Scientifics. After working with major companies like Blue Skies Ghana Ltd, she realized that many local startups had great product ideas but failed because they didn't know how to pass FDA checks or run proper lab tests. She started PFS to take these entrepreneurs out of the laboratory and help them launch successful commercial brands.

The Core Challenges
The biggest challenge during development was managing scope creep. Because the food consulting industry has so many unique requirements, we constantly had to change and adjust features that we had already agreed upon as the client’s ideas evolved.
On the technical side, we had to take a massive amount of scientific information—like regulatory steps, equipment sourcing details, and training programs—and organize it cleanly so the website wouldn't look cluttered or overwhelm everyday users.
Our Strategic Process
To keep the project moving forward smoothly despite constant revisions, we set up a cycle of frequent online meetings. We used these virtual syncs to present prototypes, collect live feedback, and make corrections in real time before writing the final code.
We mapped out the layout using Bootstrap 5’s grid system, which allowed us to quickly move sections around and adjust spacing based on the client's notes without breaking the design structure.

Tab-Styled FAQ Section: A clean, clickable tab interface that lets users toggle between different topics, keeping heavy regulatory text organized and easy to read without cluttering the page.
Custom Django Blog: An easy-to-use publishing platform with a custom admin interface where the PFS team can independently write and edit their articles.
Pre-Built Component Library: Leveraged Bootstrap’s navigation bars, uniform buttons, and clean cards to maintain a structured, professional business aesthetic across every single page.
